Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development expert to join our team at Third Bridge. As an AVP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the value proposition of Third Bridge's primary research services to potential clients
  • Prospect and develop relationships with clients to understand their broader research needs
  • Oversee the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals
  • Transition new accounts to the account management team
  • Leverage the sales team for support in prospecting and lead qualification
  • Assist the Regional Head of Sales in user acquisition


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Professional experience selling directly or indirectly in a B2B environment
  • Experience working with private equity, hedge fund, and credit firms is preferred
  • Excellent follow-up skills with strong networking abilities
  • Able to manage pipeline and forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to grow and maintain competitive knowledge and focus
  • Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Able to develop effective presentations with C-level executives
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added insights
  • Strong computer proficiency and excellent organization, written, and oral/presentation skills
  • Familiarity with larger investment organizations and their needs is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of sales experience managing a large quota and closing large accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with strong communication
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated to reach sales goals
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, with SEA language as a plus
  • Ability to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship requirements


Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
