**Job Overview:**

BDP International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager for Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing New Business Opportunities: Utilize industry knowledge and connections to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies to secure new business deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth strategies that drive revenue expansion and profitability.
  • Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and internal teams, to provide regular business updates and progress reports.

**Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of successful sales achievements, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
