Senior Service Sales Professional, Territory Development

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Service Sales Professional to join our team in China. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, digital technology, and field colleagues, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
- Utilize Otis' sales tools and platforms to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A business or technical degree, with a minimum of 5 years' work experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven sales and account management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- A deep understanding of the elevator and escalator industry, with knowledge of emerging trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
