Job Title: Manager, BDS
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BDP International. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Preparing and presenting sales reports and business reviews to management
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- College degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the logistics and transportation industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
