Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BDP International. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and developing new business opportunities through market research, customer outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Providing regular sales reports and business reviews to management.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- College degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Good English language skills.
