Senior Business Development Manager

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Novogene, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Southeast Asia market. This role requires a strong understanding of the academic research industry and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic research or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
