Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Novogene, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Southeast Asia market. This role requires a strong understanding of the academic research industry and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue growth.

Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in academic research or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
