About the Role:

This position is responsible for driving channel development and growth within Mondelēz International's sales operations team. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve sales channel efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales channels and opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales channel performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales channel initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales channel performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations or related field
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
