Sales Operations Manager

About the Role:
This position is responsible for driving channel development and growth within Mondelēz International's sales operations team. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve sales channel efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales channels and opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales channel performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales channel initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales channel performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations or related field
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
Mondelēz International offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
