Regional Sales Director for China Cloud Storage Solutions

At Seagate, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our China cloud storage business. As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the region, driving revenue growth, and executing on company-wide business objectives.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for
- Developing and executing short and long-term account plans to align with company business strategy
- Communicating market trends, industry dynamics, and customer requirements and pain points to drive business growth
- Managing customer demand and forecast, supporting supply planning and fulfillment
- Building strong relationships with customers, securing Seagate's market share, and technical engagement
- Leading quarterly business reviews and executive meetings to maintain and enhance customer relationships
About You:
We are looking for a results-driven sales leader with
- Experience in managing complex sales relationships in the IT industry
- Able to think outside the box and innovate with technology partners and industry thought leaders
- Previous success in business innovation and revenue growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills
- Ability to interface internally and externally with all levels of management
Your Experience Includes:
Good at English both spoken and written, Office software skills, IT industry experience, Proven successful background, Bachelor degree or equivalent

Travel: None
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
