Regional Sales Manager, Injectable Aesthetics

Description
Promote use and sale of Aesthetics products to designated customers in order to achieve territory plan objectives, in accordance with company policies and procedures and under the supervision of the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
In line with product strategy & objectives and assigned cycle or annual goals, to develop tactics adapted to own district/ territory and translate them into a specific action plan.
Drive reps team to achieve or exceed cycle or annual sales targets through implementation of the district action plan with allocated resource, promotion guidelines and company policy.
Follow up, manage and improve sales force performance.
Leads the development of sales plan for own market, in line with company strategic direction; aligns own unit with other units, functional, local and company.
Develops sound data-based business plans and recommendations, with short term and long term strategic alignment and in full understanding of in market conditions.
Balances gut-free with an ability to convert and translate data into a wide range of actionable proposals/recommendations.
Lead in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhance relationships, advance shorter and longer-term company interests
Leads others in anticipating issues and seeing opportunities to avoid problems (Internal and external) resulting from single-interest action.
Anticipates objections and prepares in advance, to effectively influence others-even without direct reporting authority-towards the achievement of business results.
Always prepares and executes a well-structured negotiation plan based on a thorough understanding of competitive marketplace, contrasting perspectives and Galderma commercial interests.
Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers and creates long term win-win arrangements.
Manages emotional confrontations or issues with a high level of sensitivity and control.
Guides, coaches and directs the implementation of a range of business propositions, resource allocations and solutions ensuring alignment and channel/ account/ 3rd party plan implementation.
Sets customer performance targets, and coaches individuals on how to select 4P/3Ds opportunities, and to deliver effective execution of key account plans.
Coaches others in the ability to provide creative solutions to the customer, by adopting customer, by adopting consumer offerings and insights that effectively satisfies our customer’s needs.
Sets performance targets that integrate customer, category and consumer plans.

Coaches team on the identification of opportunities and methods to close gaps that maximize profitability for Galderma.
Is a coach of best practice in identifying and targeting Galderma NPD and core range account opportunities gaps that maximize profitability.
Establishes sales plan abased on solid understanding of direction of Brand/ Category and links to overall business strategy.
Integrates brand knowledge with deep understanding of clinical knowledge.
Understands clearly what the primary need of each customer is (i.e. efficacy, safety, cost or compliance)
Interprets and applies consumer/ shopper relevant data to customer and sales development plans
Identifies and forecasts trends, Budget planning and implementation.
Establish a good performance, high productivity and high morale sale tram, and continuously optimize the organization (including recruitment, re-structure, etc)
Reports planning, collecting and follow up
Organize regular regional meeting and make Key Customer’s visiting plan
Monitor, motivate and coach sales force team.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above
Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological and related background is preferred.
Preferably with above 10 years of work experience in sales of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry. At least 2 years regional manager position experience.
Good knowledge of life science market context.
Successful personal and team sales record.
Ability to work in a matrix organization-team player(sales, medical and marketing).
Excellent coordination and project management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Market sensitivity and analysis ability. Formulate sales and marketing strategy.
Motivation & Develop Others, Good interpersonal skills.
