Southern Region Medical Channel Manager

Your Mission

  • Collaborate closely with first-tier distributors to recommend and manage city package distributors, driving business growth and optimization.
  • Support first-tier distributors in leading city package distributors to meet Bayer's performance standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Based on business results, facilitate business communication and cooperation between Bayer's business promotion team and city package distributors, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Empower first-tier distributors through training and coaching, equipping city package distributors with the skills to succeed.
  • Provide regional business support to first-tier distributors for semi-annual audits and daily data checks, ensuring compliance and quality control.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of terminal sales data in each city, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Participate in central business initiatives through the authorization of first-tier distributors to second-tier distributors, promoting a unified approach.

Your Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the dealer sales network in the region and a proven network of resources.
  • Nearly 5 years of experience in channel management for high-value medical consumables of foreign companies.
  • Experience in cooperating with major platform providers in the region, leveraging their expertise.
  • A deep understanding of the relationship network between distributors and important hospitals, enabling effective support for local business teams.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen, with a strong sense of responsibility and a team-oriented spirit.
  • Certain business negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial spirit, driving growth and innovation.
