About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Director to lead our growth and innovation efforts in the Guangzhou region. This is a key position that will drive business growth, expand market share, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional business team to achieve ambitious business goals for the GLP1 product line in the region
  • Analyze the regional market, propose strategies to increase business and market share, and implement effective plans
  • Establish a cohesive, competitive, and performance-oriented regional business team through second-line and third-line management
  • E nsure team members adhere to company rules and regulations, actively collaborate with the compliance team, enhance compliance awareness, detect and correct non-compliant behaviors, and prioritize compliance above all else
  • Contribute to the formulation of the company's business objectives and relevant strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine or related fields
  • Complete and pass relevant training programs
  • More than five years of experience in medical academic and product information promotion, with regional manager experience or equivalent relevant experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in driving our business forward.
