Job Summary

The Business Training Director will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs within our Mainland China operations. This role focuses on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance to ensure exceptional experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives based on service performance metrics, customer feedback, and organizational goals.
  • Design and implement tailored training programs for service teams within the region, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources, to facilitate effective learning.
  • Deliver training sessions for service personnel, utilizing various instructional techniques and formats to cater to diverse audiences.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to reinforce learning and address individual skill gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through observation, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Analyze training outcomes and performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjustment.
  • Collaborate with regional management to monitor service performance metrics and track the impact of training initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a service-oriented industry or environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
