Sales Director for HPC and Detergent Market in China

About the Role
As a Sales Director for the HPC and detergent market in China, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading the sales team to achieve annual targets. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Key Account Management strategies, build strong customer relationships, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and management
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the HPC and detergent markets in China
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is ¥800,000 - ¥1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
