We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Nouryon. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing our household and I&I cleaning business in south China.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients and market segments, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of Nouryon HPC solutions and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer intimacy and loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends, market potentials, and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Implement business processes and sales tools to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- 5-8 years of commercial experience in B2B chemical business.
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to assimilate commercial and technical information quickly.
- Demonstrated 'can-do' attitude, positive approach to problem-solving.
- Possession of a degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Engineering is highly desirable.
