Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • At least two years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
