Position Overview
The Air Operation Key Account Manager is responsible for driving the development of air logistics solutions for multinational clients in South China. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our service offerings align with customer expectations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the strategic development of air logistics initiatives for multinational clients.
· Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships through exceptional supply chain solutions aimed at achieving superior market growth.
· Collaborate closely with the South China Key Account team to utilize expertise and customer connections in air freight.
· Provide insights to business development efforts from the Global/AP/South China key account teams.
· Partner with network collaborators to devise effective account strategies.
· Work in conjunction with all operational departments to guarantee the delivery of top-tier service to all key account clients.
· Develop and maintain the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for key account setups, ensuring it is updated according to client requirements.
· Adhere to and enforce company credit policies, while monitoring and managing client account receivables.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
· Strong business insight and acumen.
· In-depth knowledge of air freight operations.
· Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management and its strategic and financial impacts.
· Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
· Capable of articulating complex solutions in a clear and effective manner.
· Strong presentation and communication skills.
· A personable and approachable demeanor.
· A university degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics or International Trade.
· At least 5 years of experience in air freight in a relevant role.
