About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and building strong relationships with existing customers. Your expertise in account management, sales strategy, and team leadership will help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue from existing clients.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales leadership, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding client bases, and building strong relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
