Your Role as Strategic Brand Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving consistent profitable growth by achieving sales objectives within designated accounts.



As a key member of our Solutions Group division, you will partner with high-revenue accounts to develop programs that maximize sales volume consistent with sales projections.



You will clearly understand customers' needs and provide innovative solutions that exceed their expectations.



In this role, you will:




  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts.
  • Independently create and manage account strategies to deliver on sales goals.
  • Utilize global account management processes to plan and execute on key account strategies and initiatives.
  • Leverage strong customer relationships to partner with customers in pursuing new opportunities.
  • Reference in-depth knowledge of Avery Dennison solutions in partnering with customers to identify ideal product options.
  • Lead the coordination of product development and business development activities between the customer and our internal teams.
  • Act as the customer's primary point of contact for coordinating global account needs.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years practical sales experience with quota responsibility, market development, account planning, customer engagement, etc.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Significant apparel industry and large retailer experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in a sales position involving negotiating complex transactions.
  • Skilled in developing sales penetration and growth strategies at targeted accounts.
  • Excellent financial skills and business acumen.
  • Skilled in conducting territory analysis and planning.
  • Able to provide strategic recommendations independently with little supervision.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.
  • Strong product knowledge in point-of-sale, woven, printed fabric, heat transfer, and variable data solutions is beneficial.


Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
