About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sr. Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for following up on daily sourcing requests, price benchmarking and negotiation, material item setup and system data input, supplier creation, performance evaluation and management, contract management, inventory control, and quality completeness of internal documents and database maintenance.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively, will enable you to make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up on daily sourcing requests of materials, services, and processing
  • Price benchmarking and negotiation
  • Material item setup and system data input
  • Supplier creation, performance evaluation, and management
  • Contract management
  • Inventory control
  • Quality completeness of internal documents and database maintenance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in procurement (preferably in a big or mature procurement organization)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with Oracle is a plus
