Beijing Century Joyo Information Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager in Guangzhou, China.

About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing Amazon Sellers by providing international logistics services solutions through Amazon's global network. You will engage with stakeholders and key customers, demonstrate customer obsession, and drive the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strategic sellers with high potential for growth
  • Ensure high customer service for all Amazon export volume and related sellers
  • Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan, including solution selling against established target lists
  • Work closely with other teams to drive adoption
  • Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists
  • Demonstrate strong ability to identify potential risks or issues within projects and drive optimization of products
Requirements
  • 1+ years of professional or military experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
