Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the strategic development of the Air logistics business for multinational clients.
· Cultivate, enhance, and sustain customer relationships through exceptional supply chain solutions aimed at achieving superior market growth.
· Collaborate closely with the South China Key Account team to utilize expertise and customer connections in air freight.
· Support business development initiatives by providing insights from the Global/AP/South China key account teams.
· Partner with network collaborators to formulate effective account strategies.
· Work in tandem with all operational departments to guarantee the highest quality of service for all Key Account clients.
· Develop and execute the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for new key accounts and ensure it is updated regularly to meet client requirements.
· Adhere to and enforce the company’s credit policy, while monitoring and collecting outstanding client accounts.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
· Fluency in Mandarin and English.
· Strong business insight.
· Comprehensive knowledge of air freight operations.
· Profound understanding of supply chain management and its strategic and financial implications.
· Exceptional analytical and conceptual abilities.
· Capability to convey complex solutions in a clear and effective manner.
· Strong presentation and communication skills.
· Charismatic, humble, and engaging personality.
· University degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics or International Trade.
· At least 5 years of experience in air freight in a relevant role.
