Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and revenue expansion;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies and tactics;
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Ninja Van remains a market leader;
- Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions;
- Contribute to the development of sales training programs and materials to enhance team performance;
- Support the launch of new products and services to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field;
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications;
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
