Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and revenue expansion;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies and tactics;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Ninja Van remains a market leader;
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions;
  • Contribute to the development of sales training programs and materials to enhance team performance;
  • Support the launch of new products and services to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
