Job Summary

Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Bosch. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales turnover targets, exploring sales opportunities in fast-growing markets, and serving key account customers, particularly those in China.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales turnover targets and explore sales opportunities in fast-growing markets.
  2. Develop and implement multi-channel customer development strategies to serve key account customers.
  3. Work closely with internal functions, such as marketing, sales controlling, logistics, and quality, to respond to customer feedback and sales opportunities.
  4. Drive value chain and customer experience optimization empowered by data insights.
  5. Provide sales and process-related analysis, data, and reports as required.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, science, or technology-related major.
  2. Working experience in the automotive industry and sales position.
  3. Good negotiation and project management skills.
  4. Good English communication abilities, both orally and in writing.
