The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Roche. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring sales performance of assigned accounts, achieving sales targets, and implementing Key Account Management systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor sales performance of assigned accounts
- Achieve sales targets assigned by line manager
- Implement Key Account Management system
- Keep improving KOLs relationship in respective areas
- Work closely with local distributors in the assigned area
- Promote products and services offered by Roche to customers
- Coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer and Application Specialist
- Keep good and up-to-date customer profile
- Work closely with Service, Application Support team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in yearly budgeting exercise
- Prepare monthly report and sales forecast
- Conduct business in full compliance with Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Clinical Diagnostics or appropriate Science
- Good command of English in both spoken and written
- Good command of MS office software application
- At least 2 years' experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory or 2 years' similar sales experience in the industry
