Account Manager/Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager/Specialist to join our team at Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and explore new customer opportunities in the target territory.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and coordinate resources to meet customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide support.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  6. Provide product knowledge and training to customers and internal teams.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Complete sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the medical industry.
  • College degree or above, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field.
