About the Role

Cummins Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the mechanical industry, preferably with a focus on diesel engines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of the Chinese market and sales landscape.
