About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at existing and new customer accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to customers and prospects.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and pipeline information in CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales of complex business software or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of success in business application software sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Experience in lead role of a team-selling environment, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
- Business-level English: Fluent.
