Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager/Specialist to join our team in Shanghai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing market share and exploring new customer opportunities in the target territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and expand customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the medical industry.
  • College degree or above, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical industry, including products, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
