Department Overview
Market Access and Public Affairs at Novo Nordisk is committed to delivering exceptional market access and public policy solutions. Our team advocates for policy and sustainable development, focusing on product access strategies, patient acquisition pathways, and pricing accessibility. We ensure the effectiveness of product lifecycle pricing management, participate in public affairs, and drive enterprise public image and sustainable development initiatives, as well as lobbying for healthcare-related policies. This department plays a critical role in driving company growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional hospital access and safety operations targets, plans, and business results nationwide and regionally.
• Formulate and implement compliant and effective projects based on the region's strategy, assess project outcomes, and propose improvements.
• Achieve regional flagship hospital access targets and ensure secure innovation product operations.
• Support regional cross-functional market access projects to facilitate regional access needs.
• Manage key hospital stakeholders and third-party clients, communicate, and maintain long-term relationships with external clients and the company.
• Oversee Regional Key Account Managers' business management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cooperate with the compliance team, and promote a strong compliance culture, identifying and correcting non-compliant behavior, with zero tolerance for non-compliance.
• Manage risks and finances.

Requirements

• Possess exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, team management, and crisis management abilities.
• Possess strong internal and external organizational, planning, control, and coordination capabilities.
• Able to independently develop and execute hospital-level market access development and strategy, planning, and budgeting.
• Able to influence sales teams and lead KA teams for efficient access expansion work as needed.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and interact with people.
• Brave, with a strong team spirit and a strong drive to progress, with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or key account management experience.
• At least 5 years of regional market strategy, planning, and comprehensive marketing management experience.
• 2 years of personnel management experience.
