Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned region.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of sales and business development experience, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Budgeting and financial planning to ensure successful execution of sales strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 5 years' work experience, 3 years' sales or sales management experience at least.
- Project management experience will be better.
- Honest, diligent, conscientious.
- Good learning ability.
- Good analysis ability.
- Good communication skill, open, passion.
- Digital operation ability will be better.
Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
