Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the ETS industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the South Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve assigned booking targets for products and services related to energy and transportation solutions.
- Proactively lead major project pursuits, developing project pursuit strategies and account management to ensure successful outcomes.
- Familiarize yourself with Emerson/ETS procedures for quotation and ordering processes.
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer requests, providing excellent customer service.
- Provide leadership in developing intelligent wellhead, intelligent pipeline, and intelligent terminal solutions for export business and appointed territories.
- Generate ETS base business, Energy Solution, and Terminal win strategy, and analyze market conditions in the region to provide insights to marketing staff.
- Collaborate with Automation Solutions organizations to resolve problems and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Extensive knowledge of the Natural Gas and Oil industry and measurement knowledge and automation.
- A strong inclination towards providing good sales and excellent collaboration skills across the organization.
- Equivalent experience in Industry automation / Process Control / ETS and transportation Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and solutions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- At least 5 years of post-graduate working experience, with at least the last 3 years in the instrumentation/system business.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits and perks.
