Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the Greater China Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal departments, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- College degree or above in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the network security and wireless inspection industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
