Job Title: Business Development Manager

At BNI, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and expansion in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expansion in China.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, partners, and vendors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including franchise sales and development.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 8-10 years of sales experience, with a focus on business development and management consulting.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the franchise industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
