Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and channel management.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Greater China. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, forecasting, and delivering on overall sales targets with our channel partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating major customer-facing activities with the sales and commercial marketing teams. Strong communication and alignment externally and with internal stakeholders are essential to drive business effectively.
You will also be responsible for sharing competitive intelligence and market trends information, as well as prospecting for strategic partnerships (contract creation, opportunity seeking, business visits, and customer reporting).
A Bachelor's degree or above, major in biology or medicine is preferred. More than 5 years of sales and channel management experience is required, with experience in sales of flow cytometry, microplate reader, or other life science instruments being an advantage.
Experience working in complex, high-tech, long sales cycle sales environments and frequent travel are necessary. Good English and Chinese communication skills in both written and verbal are essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
