Job Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and contact target customers, establish relationships, and follow up on potential opportunities.
2. Communicate with customers, understand their businesses, and work with the solutions team to design appropriate solutions and provide competitive pricing.
3. Understand local market business models and price levels, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of local competitors.
4. Organize responses to RFP/RFI.
5. Analyze bids after submission and provide strategic recommendations to department heads based on the results.
6. Negotiate contracts with customers.
7. Communicate with operations and implementation teams to ensure a smooth handover of solutions after winning a contract.
8. Support brand building and marketing activities, monitor market trends, and industry dynamics.
9. Take on some project responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the domestic logistics industry (3PL preferred), with a proven track record of winning business.
3. Excellent communication skills and influence.
4. Familiarity with the apparel, footwear, consumer goods, retail, and food and beverage industries is preferred.
5. Outstanding public speaking and negotiation skills.
6. Strategic thinking.
7. Customer-centric.
8. Innovative.
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
10. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
