Account Manager and Business Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Guangzhou/Shenzhen, China. As a key member of our Automotive business unit, you will be responsible for driving business development and strategy for the automotive e-powertrain market.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, as well as the ability to develop and implement business plans that meet sales targets. You will work closely with our OEM manager to achieve objectives and budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including identifying their product application, service requirements, procurement processes, and price structures.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and R&D, to promote new products and coordinate testing.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as automotive, chemical engineering, or business administration.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, with a focus on the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- The ability to travel frequently.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
