Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Customer Success Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.


This role requires a strong understanding of the life sciences industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
