Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive growth in key markets, including household and I&I cleaning products. This involves managing a portfolio of assigned clients and market segments, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in key markets
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients and market segments
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Nouryon HPC solutions and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to inform business decisions
Requirements
- 5-8 years of commercial experience in B2B chemical business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
- Passion for working with people and building strong relationships
