About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the Greater China Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of driving business growth and sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Proficiency in office software and English language skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a willingness to travel extensively.

Education and Experience:

  • College degree or above in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development with a proven track record of driving business growth and sales performance.
