Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Title: Regional Sales and Business Development Manager
Reporting to: Head of Sales
About the Role:
- Achieve yearly revenue targets for AA-CN
- Increase Bosch product market share in current Bosch 1TL distribution
- Support 1st TL dealers to develop 2nd TL dealers
- Support dealers to extend workshop business via Bosch plan X
- Support dealers to train their 2nd TL customers
- Support dealers to optimize their stock
- Realize mid-long term channel coverage (weighted distribution, geographic)
- Support 1TL's market activities towards retailers and workshops: products, marketing activities
- Maintain supply chain from 1TL to BS
- A/R management
Requirements:
- 5 years' work experience, 3 years' sales or sales management experience at least.
- Project management experience will be better
- Honest, diligent, conscientious
- Good learning ability
- Good analysis ability
- Good communication skill, open, passion
- Digital operation ability will be better
