About the Role

The Senior Regional Sales Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of sales force and distributors in the South region, in line with company standards. This role will support the National Sales Operation Manager and Regional Sales Manager in tracking business performance and achieving business targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Route to Market strategies in collaboration with Sales Managers.
  • Enhance and monitor distributor management processes through standardized monthly scorecards and distributor rankings.
  • Monitor distributor stock management and minimize the risk of returned products in the assigned region.
  • Improve distributor service levels and support distributors to obtain service rebates.
  • Headcount planning implementation and regular review.
  • Manage merchandisers via third-party agencies to support in-store execution.
  • Manage overhead costs in the assigned region.
  • Support Sales Managers in tracking business performance through data analysis and identifying regional market trends.
  • Provide business data validation and management, ensuring data compliance and timely updates.
  • Sales target allocation and performance tracking, sales incentives process management.
  • Sales Data Systems management.
  • Monitor project implementation in the region, resource deployment, and overall coordination to ensure projects are well managed on schedule and on budget.
  • Permanent coaching and individual evaluation and development of team members, leading their performance evaluation process.
  • Build the team's talent pipeline.

Requirements
  • Relevant Field Sales and Sales Operation working experience in international FMCG companies.
  • Strong sales expertise and knowledge of FMCG business (logistics, merchandising process, distributor management).
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent strategic thinking.
  • Strong leadership skills, project management, communication, and cross-department coordination skills.
