Job Title: Sales Manager - Regional Account

At Adidas, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager - Regional Account to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business results in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and meet company financial goals.
  • Manage and monitor regional sales processes to ensure a satisfactory development of the retail distribution network.
  • Own the core annual sales plan for responsible accounts and work with regional functions to develop the annual core business plan.
  • Prepare for core future order sales programs based on sales policies and SI, ST data analysis.
  • Forecast core product flow by season for all accounts in the responsible market based on historical product flow and selling points.
  • Manage and execute core sales plans for responsible accounts.
  • Control core inventory ratio and structure.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy A/R balance.
  • Execute and follow up on future order sales/shipping plans of core channels by season.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of working experience in China Distribution/Sales-related environments for multi-national consumer brand companies.
  • A passion for and understanding of sports.
  • Strong communication and influence skills.
  • Good analysis and computer skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work hard.
  • University degree.
