Territory Sales Manager for Cepheid

POSITION SUMMARY:
To drive business growth by developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key customers and channel partners for Cepheid. Foster a culture of excellence in sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient and direct sales support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maximize revenue opportunities across the Cepheid product portfolio for key hospital accounts in the territory.
- Manage tender processes and submissions in key accounts, coordinating closely with Cepheid, customers, and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) through proactive communication, regular sales visits, and marketing programs.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with existing and new key customers to drive long-term growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive clinical communications and product adoption.
- Travel extensively to meet with customers, distributors, and attend company meetings to ensure effective partnership management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (clinical medicine, laboratory medicine, pharmaceutical, molecular biology, microbiology, or related major).
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the medical device or IVD industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of hospital customer purchasing processes and good knowledge of the infectious disease and oncology diagnostic market.
- Strong professional selling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with government departments, laboratory technicians, clinicians, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and fluent in both Mandarin and English.
