Regional Sales Director for Injectable Aesthetics

About the Role
Promote the use and sale of Aesthetics products to designated customers to achieve territory plan objectives, in accordance with company policies and procedures and under the supervision of the Sales Director. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Aesthetics market and be able to develop tactics adapted to their district/territory and translate them into a specific action plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales plan for their territory, in line with company strategic direction and aligning with other units, functional, local and company objectives.
- Drive the sales team to achieve or exceed cycle or annual sales targets through the implementation of the district action plan with allocated resources, promotion guidelines, and company policies.
- Follow up, manage, and improve sales force performance, balancing gut-feel with data-based business plans and recommendations.
- Lead the management of stakeholder interests, continually enhance relationships, and advance shorter and longer-term company interests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field, preferably with a background in life sciences.
- At least 2 years of experience as a regional manager in the sales of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Successful personal and team sales record, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
