Regional Sales Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Agilent Technologies Inc. in China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales teams to achieve sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Team Management
a. Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets based on company requirements.
b. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and penetration.
c. Implement Agilent's China strategy through One Agilent teamwork and partnership with cross-functional teams.
2. Customer Focus
a. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional key customers.
b. Optimize, select, incentivize, and evaluate distributors to increase customer coverage and satisfaction.
3. Sales Team Development
a. Optimize team structure, clear sales divisions, and manage team performance.
b. Develop and implement talent development and training plans to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
1. Academic and Technical Background
a. Bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field, preferably biology or medicine.
b. At least 3 years of experience as a sales manager.
c. Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
2. Management Capability
a. Proven ability to manage high-performing teams and individuals with a winning attitude.
b. Excellent communication and influence skills to set up effective collaboration and teamwork.
