Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve yearly sales targets for AA-CN
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Bosch product market share in current distribution channels
  • Support dealers in developing their business, including training and stock optimization
  • Collaborate with 1TL dealers to achieve mid-long term channel coverage
  • Maintain supply chain efficiency from 1TL to BS
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment
Requirements
  • 5 years' work experience, with at least 3 years in sales or sales management
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Digital operation skills are a plus
