Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve yearly sales targets for AA-CN
- Develop and implement strategies to increase Bosch product market share in current distribution channels
- Support dealers in developing their business, including training and stock optimization
- Collaborate with 1TL dealers to achieve mid-long term channel coverage
- Maintain supply chain efficiency from 1TL to BS
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment
- 5 years' work experience, with at least 3 years in sales or sales management
- Project management experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Digital operation skills are a plus
