Regional Sales Manager, Injectable Aesthetics

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the use and sale of our Aesthetic products to designated customers in order to achieve territory plan objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a regional sales manager role.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the Aesthetic industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
