Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the use and sale of our Aesthetic products to designated customers, driving sales growth and achieving territory plan objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure our products remain competitive.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  8. Stay organized and manage multiple priorities to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  9. Travel regularly to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as life sciences or business.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the life sciences market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
