Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager for Public Healthcare, you will be responsible for promoting the access and utilization of dermatology products within public hospitals, enhancing awareness and recommendations for our DS products, and implementing comprehensive skincare and treatment strategies while managing key opinion leaders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets within the designated area, maximizing sales growth and market share through effective product promotion and professional support.
  • Collect and analyze data regarding target hospitals' potential and competitive products, identifying corrective actions and growth opportunities as necessary.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, adjusting sales strategies and tactics as needed.
  • Set performance goals for clients, identify opportunities, and effectively execute major account plans.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and alignment of plans with local strategies.
  • Clearly define the unique positioning and advantages of products compared to competitors, ensuring alignment with brand plans and client strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure consistency in strategic objectives and execution rhythm.
  • Engage in effective communication and collaboration with external partners and distributors to facilitate product access.
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Plan, complete, and follow up on various reports; manage budget planning and control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Experience in public hospital access and market development, or prior dermatology sales experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in specialty drug sales is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to learn and adapt professional knowledge.
  • Excellent management skills for major clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven sales record.
  • Market sensitivity and analytical skills.
