About the Role:

At Otis, we're looking for a talented Sales Representative to join our team in Guangzhou. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth in the region, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans to achieve growth targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
